SBA 504 Loans
The U.S. Small Business Administration established the 504 loan program to help businesses purchase equipment and commercial real estate while retaining working capital. The SBA 504 loan puts financing within reach for small businesses through low down payments and long-term, low, fixed interest rates.
SBA 7(a) Loans
SBA 7(a) loans are the most frequently used type loan of SBA's business loan programs. These programs can be used to finance needs for real estate, equipment, working capital, inventory, eligible franchises, business acquisition, etc.
Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)
Business Lending Soluctions adminsters this loan program which can be utilitzed for real estate acquisition and improvement, working capital, equipment, and inventory. Funds from this program can be used for projects located in the following Idaho counties: Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, Twin Falls, and the southern portion of Blaine County.
USDA Intermediary Re-lending Program (IRP)
The U.S. Department of Agriculture provides limited funds for loans to small businesses in rural locations to create and retain employment. Eligible uses include real estate, equipment, and working capital. Funds from this program (that Business Lending Solutions operates) can be used for projects located in the following Idaho counties: Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka and Twin Falls (excluding the City of Twin Falls).
USDA Business and Industry Loans
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Business and Industry Loan Program offers guarantees to lenders who make loans to businesses in rural communities. A variety of eligible uses of loan proceeds includes; real estate, equipment, and working capital. Under certain conditions, refinancing of existing debt is allowed.
Idaho-Nevada Community Development Financial Institution, Inc.
Business Lending Solutions prepares (and services) loan packages for this organization which provide community development financing for affordable housing projects and small business ventures. The Idaho-Nevada CDFI is a U.S. Department of Treasury designated Community Development Financial Institution and a Community Development Entity. The Idaho-Nevada CDFI focuses its lending and services in those areas of Idaho and Nevada designated by the U.S. Department of Treasury as CDFI eligible. However, on a case-by-case basis, they will consider projects in other intermountain western states which have distinct comminity development impact.
