Business Lending Solutions is a division of Region IV Development Corporation and assists businesses obtain commercial financing in the State of Idaho. Since making its first loan in 1984, our non-profit organization has assisted in the creation and retention of approximately 5,220 jobs through successful leveraging of approximately $348.2 million in private capital investment.
